These are excusing of employees calling in to say that they NOT working today:

I cant come in I feel like hell I keep trying but I must have taken to many

I fell in the shower and can hardly breath. I don't think I can run any calls I might have to go to the hospital

I am passing a gallstone

My boyfriend took the keys to my car so I am not able to get to work

I stubbed my toe so bad that I am unable to work today

I am moving today

I'm unable to work.  My dog ate a fish hook and I have to wait it out.

I'm helping my dad out today.

Oh yeah, I had a Dr's apt that my wife made.  I have to go.  But I will try to be in later.

I'm still on vacation

I have a hang over

I won't be in today. I'm still drunk from last night.

I have a headache from drinking too much last night

My daughter had a seizure and I'm taking her to the Drs

My mom is in the hospital. She hit her head really bad. I need to be there.

My dad is in the hospital undergoing surgery. I need to be there.

My dad got a stint in his heart.

The medicine I am on is too strong. It's messing with my head.

I had a boob job and this pain medicine is making me loopy. I need more rest. I thought I would be okay after the weekend ---What, really?  Like you would be able to get a boob job on Friday and be able to work by Monday.  She was out the entire week.

I was walking my dog last night and he made me fall. I tripped over him and now I am unable to walk.... This actually turned out to be a true story and she had physical therapy, surgery, crutches and a brace for 6 months.

I feel ill and should go home early today.

I have to get my brother out of Jail. He got arrested and I have to go with my dad to bail him out.

I am doing a side job.  Did I just say that?

My boyfriend took my keys and I am not able to get to work today nor take my son to school. SORRY.
