I have a Drs appointment to check my sugar levels.

I am feeling dizzy and light headed.  I'm going to the Dr to make sure my meds are right so hopefully I can work tomorrow.

I am not feeling good today and I left my medicine at home and I need to take it.

I have a cyst in my eye. Had to go emergency. I need today and tomorrow off.

My daughter is seeing things. I need to be there she might be having a seizure.

I have to go to the Dr's.  I used this new lotion and everywhere I used it has caused me to break out in a rash. 

I have to go and get my blood pressure checked. I have to do this daily.  I need my gallbladder removed, but since we are busy I will push it for you.
