I work with technicians every day and they come up with various work excuses. Believe it or not I actually want to believe my employees and most of the times I do believe them. At some point I begin to doubt the excuses whatever they may be when its the same employee giving an excuse.

I am a manager of a service and maintenance company and I hear everything when working technicians. I mean everything! I sat down one day and decided to write down all the excuses I have been told. I was amazed at how many excuses I came up with. I wanted to make a place where others could come and share their experience, and even submit some excuses of their own that they have heard or used.
